In the housing estate built with the company assets on the company’s own 35,000 m² land sloped towards the sea, there are a total of 72 duplex and triplex gardened villas of 5 different types, a tennis court, a swimming pool, playgrounds for children, social facilities and a Fish Restaurant. In the construction of these houses, all of which look over to the sea, high quality materials of good brands were used.
