The Cevizli Apartment, which we have continued by adding a new one to our projects that we carry out without sacrificing quality, is built within the urban transformation in GazipaÅŸa Boulevard.
It is a special project designed for our customers, who want to live the city with all its texture at the city center and adopt the energetic structure of the city as a life style. The project consists of basement, ground, mezzanine and 8 floors and every floor has two 3+1 apartments and there is underground parking area with 2 floors.
There is a 391 m2 commercial area at the basement, Ground and Mezzanine floors of the building.
